I am a qualified integrative Relational Counsellor/Psychotherapist, based in Bookham Surrey. I have worked with a number of clients with a range of issues including relationship difficulties, work related problems, abuse, self-harm, depression, poor self-esteem, eating disorders and addictions. This list is not exhaustive; please contact me if you wish to discuss your particular issue and to see if we could work together.
How I work
I use a number of different methods taken from various theoretical backgrounds; this enables me to provide a unique style of therapy for the individual client. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key in helping clients achieve change and live a more fulfilling life.
I also work creatively, using methods that help clients communicate when they are finding words too difficult. I have found this to be particularly helpful when working with family issues both with adults and younger clients.
